CNA's sport club offers to locals sailing courses during may, june and september :

• every wednesday and/or saturday for local : from 4 years old for a playful discovery of sailing, optimist, catamaran and windsurf learning around 8/9 years old and adults courses in windsurf or catamaran/dinghy every saturday afternoon.
  

• during the week, the club welcomes schools

The club also trains 4 competition classes every wednesday and saturday of springtime and automn, with regular regatta trips around the region :

• Team Optimist, for young from 8 to 11 years old 
  

• Team Miniwish, for young from 8 to 12 years old

• Team Windfoil,for young from 12 to 17 years old 

• Miniji pour disabled & valid people from 15 year old
  

Club Nautique Alpin Serre Ponçon welcomes sport classes from the college and high school of Embrun every tuesday / thursday of springtime and automn. Thus, the club participate in training of the department's sailing elite.
